We believe teachers should have autonomy over their continued learning. Coaching content is driven by teacher-identified needs.
Teachers sign-up for as many coaching sessions as they want throughout the year and are able to work directly with their Coach to select the times that work best in their schedule.
We know that coaching is only effective when teachers and Coaches can establish trust. That's why we ensure all topics discussed during coaching sessions are confidential.
Teachers in their first five years in the profession have the opportunity to gain expertise teaching math as they work alongside an out-of-district NJ teacher.
"Having the coach give me honest feedback and resources to help improve my instruction" was the most valuable part of the coaching sessions.
Veteran educators can build connections across the state while learning new strategies that help them implement a new curriculum and/or reach a wider range of students.
