As the Director of Program and Partnerships, Tanisha leads the design and implementation of our coaching program. Tanisha is a lifelong learner and passionate educator. Through her 20-year career in education, Tanisha has served as a middle school math teacher, teacher leader, instructional coach, and state-level educational policy leader and advocate. She promotes educational equity, high-quality instruction, and culturally sustaining practices and environments to cultivate all children.
As the Director of Coaching, Shayna selects and supports our incredible teacher coaches. Shayna has served as an elementary teacher, math instructional coach, and pedagogical leader for over 20 years with an emphasis on bringing joy and rigor to math instruction. As a product of New Jersey public schools and public-school parent, Shayna has a dedicated interest in ensuring all students receive excellent education experiences.
As President, Rebecca has a dedicated interest in designing and strengthening professional opportunities for teachers in New Jersey. Rebecca has served as an educator, state-level policy leader and advocate, and business development strategist. As a public-school parent in New Jersey, Rebecca is passionate about ensuring all students have access to joyful, meaningful learning opportunities in and out of school.
